Southampton defender Frazer Richardson is determined to bounce back from their FA Cup exit by getting their promotion bid back on track against Burnley.
Saints were sent tumbling out of the cup by Millwall on Tuesday night, throwing away the lead to lose 3-2 at St Mary's.
Nigel Adkins' side have also wobbled in the league, winning just one of their last six outings to slip four points behind leaders West Ham.
But Richardson told the club website: "We can't feel sorry for ourselves. We didn't play very well against Millwall but it gives us a chance to concentrate on the league.
"The manager is always going to be annoyed when we throw away a 2-1 lead but there's no-one more disappointed than the players themselves.
"It's a tough time at the minute and we're struggling to find a good run of form, but it's up to us as players and as staff to turn it around, and the way we do that is by winning on Saturday against Burnley."

PLAYING FOR A CHANCE TO BE PREMIERSHIP PLAYERS SHOULD BE ENOUGH INCENTIVE TO FIND FORM, HAVE PRIDE IN BEING A 'SAINT' AND WIN THE LEAGUE ! ! !
