Find out how the English sides' last-16 Champions League opponents fared in their respective leagues before this week's second legs.
Internazionale (face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday in the second leg, with the score at 0-0)
Genoa 0-2 Internazionale
Jose Mourinho's men bounced back from 3-0 Coppa Italia defeat to Sampdoria with a clinical away win at Genoa. Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Mario Balotelli scored to maintain Inter's seven-point lead at the top of Serie A and send a message of intent to Manchester United. This was a slick, ruthless performance from the Italians which served as the perfect rehearsal for Wednesday's trip to Old Trafford. It was not all good news for Mourinho, however, who may have to cope without defenders Marco Materazzi and Nicolas Burdisso in Manchester after both picked up injuries.
Roma (face Arsenal at the Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday in the second leg, trailing 1-0)
Roma 1-1 Udinese
Captain Daniele De Rossi was sent off as Roma endured a frustrating afternoon at the Stadio Olimpico ahead of Arsenal's visit on Wednesday. The home side fell behind early in the second half, before substitute Mirko Vucinic equalised with a low drive soon after. De Rossi was then shown red for dissent, but despite their numerical disadvantage Roma dominated the latter stages and wasted plenty of chances to win the match. Francesco Totti missed the match through injury, but the Roma captain is likely to feature in some form against Arsenal.
Real Madrid (face Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday, trailing 1-0)
Real Madrid 1-1 Atletico Madrid
Real's run of 10 consecutive La Liga victories came to an end with a 1-1 draw against Atletico in the Madrid derby at the Bernabeu. Former Manchester United striker Diego Forlan put the visitors ahead late in the first half, before Klaas-Jan Huntelaar equalised on 57 minutes (the Dutchman is cup-tied from the Champions League so will not feature against Liverpool on Tuesday). With Barcelona winning against Athletic Bilbao, Madrid are now six points behind the league leaders. But it could have been much worse for Juande Ramos's team, who were poor defensively and were arguably fortunate to escape with a point.
Juventus (face Chelsea at the Stadio Olimpico on Tuesday, trailing 1-0)
Torino 0-1 Juventus
Claudio Ranieri's Juve kept their Serie A title hopes alive with a late winner against relegation-threatened Torino. Defender Giorgio Chiellini headed home Pavel Nedved's free-kick on 81 minutes to break the stubborn resistance from the home side and ensure league leaders Inter did not extend their advantage at the top. But Juve were far from comfortable for long periods and relied on Gianluigi Buffon to make a number of important saves. Torino also missed a glorious opportunity to go ahead in the first half when striker Roberto Stellone headed over from close range with the goal gaping.

fcbarcelona_liga_champs
if you come to the english version of eurosport you will only get comments on english teams,
if you go to the spanish you will get the liga, if you go to the italian you will get the seria a, and german the bundesliga.
this is the english eurosport, so no reason to comment on other leagues when they have their own channel.
well have you seen any team of the week for serie a,la liga, bundesliga,or ligue 1.... have you seen live commentary on any matches other than the main games, while every english teams gets commentary even the ones close to relagation... btw the barcelona page has not been updated and we are halfway through the season... it says Away: Light and dark blue striped shirts, blue shorts, light blue socks .... have you seen the website before it became to yahoo... it used to be the best football site!!
And why did you start with barcelone? If Eurosport should mention only barcelone, I think you would not have made that comment. However, I see your plight. Maybe they should do something about it or maybe you have not been able to properly explore the site. Is that true mr man?
why has eurosport become the "english only" site... c'mon 2 years ago it would have mentioned all the clubs not only the clubs playing against an english team... all the stories focus only on english teams and players... could you atleast mention big clubs like barcelona,lyon,bayern,etc..
Don't get me wrong, he is a cheater. So are the fricken Squeelers. You see anybody ragging on their heroics? The other day,
