Paul Heckingbottom has declared anything other than promotion next season will be a failure for Bradford. The 30-year-old defender, in his second spell at Valley Parade, has won promotion with both Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley in recent seasons.
Heckingbottom said: "I'll be very disappointed if we don't get promoted.
"If we aren't at least in the top seven in May - and don't win the final if we're in the play-offs - then we will have let ourselves down.
"It's a good pressure to have from the bookies. They've probably seen how we finished last season from Christmas onwards and will have spoken to people within the game.
"Others at our level obviously fancy us to do very well and I agree with that."
