Derby manager Paul Jewell is running the rule over a host of potential new signings at the European Championship finals. The Rams have already made six close-season signings, but Jewell is hoping to add a number of other players to his squad before the start of the new campaign.
County have sent scouts to the tournament in Austria and Switzerland, and Jewell told the club's official website: "Our scouting network is out in force and I'm monitoring the matches very closely as you would expect.
"I do have some players out there that we are specifically having watched and we'll assess where we stand with them when the tournament is over.
"It's crucial for a club of Derby's size to have a scouting presence at a major event such as this and we are making sure no stone is left unturned in the hunt for new players."
