Terry agrees new Orient deal

Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling has continued his summer rebuilding by securing the services of midfielder Paul Terry to a new one-year deal.The 29-year-old, the older brother of Chelsea and England defender John Terry, was a regular in the middle of the park for the Os last term after arriving at Brisbane Road from Yeovil in the summer.

Terry joins defender Alton Thelwell and goalkeeper Glenn Morris in agreeing new contracts, to the delight of manager Martin Ling.

"I am very pleased Paul has agreed to sign a new contract," Ling told Orient's official website.

"All three of Alton, Glenn and now Paul have accepted their deals and that's a lot better then the situation we had last year.

"Paul had an excellent season and he'll be looking to build on that - I'm delighted he's staying with us."
