Watford midfielder Lee Williamson is ready to put "200%" in to help the club clinch promotion from the Championship this season.The 26-year-old spent the majority of the summer on international duty with Jamaica and struggled with injury during the World Cup qualifiers.

But he is now fit and raring to go, and he told the club's official website: "Now I'm back I'll be working 200%.

"We had our sights set on promotion (last season) and we didn't reach our goal.

"We've had to come back now and prepare physically and mentally because we're still in the Championship and everyone thought after the good start we had to the season that we would be coming back to prepare for the Premiership."
