Premier League - Hull lose to Dons

Lee Miller's strike late in the first half was enough for Aberdeen to claim a 1-0 win over Hull City in Dean Windass's benefit match at the KC Stadium.

Hull handed a debut to Seyi Olofinjana and brought trialist Henri Camara off the bench, but could not find a way past Aberdeen goalkeeper Stuart Nelson.

Windass, 40, lined up for both teams, starting the first half in a Hull shirt before being replaced by Daniel Cousin, and then appearing for Aberdeen after the break.

  1. Tigers looked to lack ideas and resorted to speculative long range punts up to a non existent front line.
I love City but where are the goals going to come from? Apart from the first 20 minutes it was all Aberdeen. No midfield with Marney running around like a headless chicken.
Camara looked lively when he came on but the other debutantes looked at best ordinary. I hate to say it but unless Bullard and the new American lad can give us a lift , then we need to steel ourselves for Championship football next season.

I would love to eat my words and be proved wrong, honestly.

    Come on you ULLLLLLLLLLLLL

  4. aberdeen beat a premier league side. which ever way u want to look at the 'shaggers' (which between is the most intelligent thing a person could come up with) are either premier league quality (which makes u wonder wat rangers and celtic are) or that hull should be demoted to the lower english leagues...
