Livingston lost the latest appeal against their demotion to the Irn-Bru Third Division after a nine-hour hearing at Hampden on Monday.
The West Lothian outfit were hoping a Scottish Football Association panel independently chaired by Lord MacLean would overturn the Scottish Football League's decision to strip them of their First Division status.
But after hearing all the evidence, the SFA panel chose to uphold the original SFL verdict, which was taken last month after Livingston breached the league's insolvency rules.
