Columbia's Bernhard Eisel sneaked a photo-finish to win the Paris-Bourges, the final round of the season-long French Cup series.
Jerome Pineau (Bouygues Telecom) clinched the overall in the Coupe de France for the first time in his career.
Pineau beat David Le Lay (148-114) into second, despite the Frenchman failing to win a race during the series. Frédéric Guesdon was third with 96 points.
Eisel (pictured) joined Pineau into an early breakaway just 18km into the 194km race and then nipped him in a photo finish as the 27-year-old Austrian claimed just a second win of his season to go along with a stage in the Volta a Algarve in Portugal back in February.
