Joe Devera's comeback hopes have been dealt a blow as the Barnet defender recovers from a bout of illness after recovering from a knee injury.The 21-year-old had targeted Saturday's home clash with Gillingham to return to action following a medial knee ligament injury.

Devera, voted the club's player of the year last season, has missed the Bees last five matches.

He was hoping to return to full training this week, but has been forced to sit it out after feeling unwell.
