Swindon caretaker manager David Byrne insists his side are "fired up and ready to go" ahead of their clash with Walsall this weekend. The Robins are nine points away from the play-off places in League One and need to start picking up wins if they are to make a concerted push for promotion to the Championship.
But Byrne is confident his side will prove more than a match for the fifth-placed Saddlers.
"Judging by Walsall's performance at Yeovil on Tuesday (they won 2-0) it will be a very difficult game, but one we are all looking forward to," he told the club's official website.
"Walsall are going great guns at the moment but we go into the game unbeaten in five and hopefully it can stay that way. I have always said that if we turn up to the party then we are a match for anyone in this division.
"We will get the lads prepared in the right way and one thing for sure is that we will be fired up and ready to go."
