Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore was left frustrated after seeing his side drop two points following a late Leyton Orient equaliser at Prenton Park.Rovers had led since since Calvin Zola's second-minute strike and should have gone on to build up a healthy lead but they missed some gilt-edged chances and battling Orient refused to throw in the towel and were rewarded through Adam Chambers in the 88th minute.
"It was very frustrating for us," said Moore. "Orient didn't really deserve to take anything from the game. But when it's 1-0 there is always a chance for them.
"We didn't kill them off when we were on top and we were punished late on for a midfield lapse. We had a great start and should have gone on from there. But we missed some golden opportunities and it feels like we've been beaten.
"I honestly couldn't see them scoring but we cut our own throats. But we didn't lose the game and that's five matches without defeat now.
"There were a lot of positives for us but we did get a bit panicky towards the end. Orient dug in and got a point themselves but it should have been three for us. It was a bit of a smash and grab raid by them."
