Scunthorpe boss Nigel Adkins revealed there is still plenty of fight left in his players ahead of Tuesday night's visit of Plymouth Argyle. The Iron turned in one of their poorer displays of the season when going down 2-0 at local rivals Hull over the weekend and now lie six points from safety.
Adkins said: "We can't dwell on this performance or feel sorry for ourselves.
"Tuesday night (at home to Plymouth) is another massive game for us and we have got to be up for it.
"We have still got to believe we can stay up. There are still 10 games to go and there are a lot of twists and turns to come yet."
