Duo handed Sky Blues deals

Coventry goalkeeper Neil Collett and striker Matthew West have been offered professional contracts by the club.Collett and West, who have been with the Sky Blues for eight and 10 years respectively, have been offered one-year deals.

West has been made an offer despite missing most of the season due to a fractured back and a broken foot.

Seven academy players have not been offered professional contracts. Liam Francis, Dean Marshall, Andy Richie, Callum Burgess, Kieran Fitzharris, Liam Robinson and Reis Ashraf have all been released.

A club spokesperson said: "The academy and Coventry City Football Club would like to wish all the players the best of luck in their quest to find other clubs."
