Bradford manager Stuart McCall admits he is "as much to blame as anyone" for his side's forgettable season but has targeted an improvement.Bantams fans had hoped McCall would lead them straight back to League One following relegation when he was installed in the summer, but a play-off challenge has failed to materialise.
McCall told the club's official website: "I'm as much to blame as anyone for this season because I brought a lot of the players to the club.
"Now it's down to me to bring in a better calibre who will give us the same performances as the likes of Stockport.
"There will be no excuses (next season), that is when I will be judged, but we still want to get as many points as we possibly can between now and the end of the season.
"I want the players showing me they still want to be here - but I know there is work to do."
