Manager Alan Knill will be boosted by the return of loanee Adam Rooney and Dave Challinor to the Bury starting line-up as they host Rotherham.On-loan Stoke striker Rooney extended his stay with the Shakers by a further month on Monday and will regain his place alongside prolific striker Andy Bishop in the Bury attack.
A knee injury meant Rooney was only fit enough to take his place on the bench for the weekend's 2-1 win over Morecambe but he has now fully recovered.
Meanwhile, defender Challinor (knee) has also returned to full training and could reclaim his place in the starting XI with Ben Futcher most likely to make way.
Top scorer Bishop scored his 20th and 21st goals of the season for the Shakers on Saturday and will look to continue his rich goalscoring form against the Millers.
