Coventry Blaze won their third Elite League title in four years tonight with a 4-2 home win over Belfast Giants.

At a packed Skydome, Blaze fell behind early on but goals by Jonathan Weaver, Curtis Huppe and skipper Sylvain Cloutier turned the game around as George Awada managed a consolation in between.

Cardiff Devils went down 4-3 at home to Sheffield Steelers as the Yorkshiremen had to settle for second place.
