Manchester United defender Gerard Pique's agent has dismissed rumours linking the defender with a return to Barcelona.
The 21-year-old, who signed from Barca in 2004, was sent on loan to Real Zaragoza last season in a bid to gain valuable first-team experience.
However his opportunities at United this campaign have been limited, with the experienced defensive duo of Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand continuing their superb partnership.
Pique's restricted opportunities - just four league starts this season - have led to reports that he may return to Camp Nou in the summer, though he did start the Champions League second leg against Roma in Vidic's absence.
His agent Arturo Canales, though, has quashed the rumours and insists Pique is fully committed to United.
"The rumours are not true," he said in The Independent. "His focus is on United's next match."
