Crystal Palace have added a fixture against Harrisburg City Islanders to their week-long pre-season tour of the USA.

The Eagles will become Harrisburg's first-ever European opponents when the two sides clash at Lancaster's Clipper Magazine Stadium, home of the Lancaster Barnstormers Baseball Club, on Thursday July 16.

The tour will also include a friendly against Crystal Palace Baltimore on July 13.

Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock told the club's official website: "[Palace] will be warmly met and the facilities will be good. I am totally confident about that."

Islanders head coach Bill Becher added: "We're excited to play against a well established English team.

"We look forward to the challenge and hope to continue to bring international competition to the midstate."
