Notts County new-boy Ricky Ravenhill has vowed to work on his discipline.
The 28-year-old midfielder, who moved to Meadow Lane from League Two rivals Darlington in May, received 11 yellow cards and was sent off twice last season.
He told County's official website: "I know I need to cut down on my cards.
"I do need to calm down a little but I like to get stuck in and break up the play, that's my game."
