Former Seasiders coach Billy Dearden has returned to Blackpool as chief scout of the Championship outfit.Dearden had been out of the game since leaving Mansfield in March and admits he is delighted to be back at Bloomfield Road.
The former Notts County boss, 64, said: "I've decided to come and help them out as chief scout and I'm looking forward to it.
"I've had a few offers, a lot of offers came in, four or five offers came in to do jobs for different clubs - but I decided to come here and work with Larry (Simon Grayson).
"At this moment in time I'm just pleased to be back in the game. I've had a good break and I'm looking forward to the job they want me to do at Blackpool."
