Hearts have confirmed they are in talks with Uganda boss Laszlo Csaba with a view to him becoming their new manager.The Edinburgh club have received permission from the Ugandan FA to speak to the Romania-born coach.
The development comes a day after caretaker manager Stephen Frail left Hearts.
