Blackpool manager Ian Holloway admits he has been delighted with the attitude of his players during pre-season training.
Holloway is raring to go after a year out of the game following his ill-fated spell in charge of Leicester.
His side play their first pre-season game this weekend at non-League Burscough, where Holloway plans to give the majority of his squad a work-out.
He said: "I've been delighted with their attitude.
"They are a fantastic bunch of honest, hard-working lads who really do put a shift in."
