What is the mood like in the Netherlands at the moment?
Holland is completely orange. The final is what everyone is talking about. We call it 'orange-fever'. Football fans in Holland are sure that Bert van Marwijk and his team will bring home the World Cup.
Do you think Gergory van Der Wiel and Nigel de Jong will return to the starting XI and will there be any surprises in the line-up?
Van Marwijk is a coach that does not like surprises. If he can, and it looks likely, he will start with the same team as in the first couple of matches of the tournament. That means that Van Der Wiel and De Jong will start. We have no injury worries.
Who is the key player for the Dutch in the final - Wesley Sneijder, Arjen Robben or someone else?
I think the key player will be Sneijder. For him it has already been a great summer - after winning the Champions League, he is now playing in the World Cup final. Also, Robin Van Persie is still to play his best match and I think he is set to pay back the faith Van Marwijk has shown in him despite having failed to shine at the tournament so far.
What does Van Marwijk need to do tactically to stifle the Spanish team?
Van Marwijk is a fan of the way Barcelona plays and the Spanish team plays the same way. So he knows that losing the ball in the wrong position can cause big problems. The most important weapon to use to beat Spain is team spirit. The players really believe that they can win this final.
Which Spanish player do you most fear?
I think Xavi is very important for the team. The statistics show that he is very efficient with his distribution and a good pass from him will create an opportunity to score.
If this team win, would they be regarded as the greatest Dutch team ever - even better than the golden era of '74 and '78 and the Gullit, Van Basten side of '88?
Yes! This is not only a collection of fine players, it really is a team. Van Marwijk is a coach who has created an atmosphere in which the team can fully focus on winning the World cup.
What will it be like in Amsterdam and Rotterdam on Sunday night if the Dutch win?
There will be a big party, with people on the streets everywhere, celebrating loudly. But I am also looking forward to next Tuesday, because whatever happens in Johannesburg there will be a big celebration in Amsterdam. More than one million people are expected.
