After racing at the WTCC event in Okayama on November 1, the pair will fly to China's Bird's Nest stadium.

Reigning WTCC champion Muller will team up with a yet to be named French driver in the ROC Nations Cup on November 3, before going for individual glory in the Race of Champions the next day.

Muller was part of France's victorious Nations Cup team in 2000.

"It is going to be a great experience to compete in China, said Muller (pictured left of Priaulx). "I have raced in the Race of Champions many times, and it's always a lot of fun with the crowd so close to the action."

Three-times WTCC champion Priaulx is aiming to become the first British winner of the event since the late Colin McRae 10 years ago.

Priaulx, who has driven in the Race of Champions since 2006, narrowly missed out on the final for the past two years and will join Formula One World Championship leader Jenson Button to race for Team Autosport Great Britain.

"Having enjoyed competing in the Race of Champions at Wembley and Stade de France, as well as the ROC Legends event in Porto, I'm excited to see the track in Beijing, which I'm told is going to be bigger and better than ever before," Priaulx said.
