Rotherham manager Andy Scott refuses to be taken for a fool after his side slipped to a third straight league defeat on Saturday.
The Millers, who were second in the table after nine games, have been on an alarming slide in recent weeks and the 1-0 reverse to Burton signalled a fifth game without a win.
They did enough to warrant a point following a strong second-half display, but Scott wants his side to perform for the full 90 minutes.
"They have shown that when they do what I ask them to they can do it right but it's easy to do it for 45 minutes," he said.
"Don't kid me, don't kid the fans, don't kid the chairman and don't kid the rest of the club because we know.
"You have to do it from the start and make sure you do your job properly and make sure the person next to you does it properly and I am sick of it. I am sick of people saying `we did well second half'. I'm not interested."
