Sheffield United's Rob Hulse has praised the team's hard work so far this season, but admits the fans deserve more.The Blades lie 16th in the Championship ahead of Saturday's clash with QPR, but Hulse feels the FA Cup win over Bolton could give the players the lift needed to kick on in the second half of the season.

"We must continue to work hard on the training pitch and look to improve results quickly." he told the clubs official website.

"We have a good team spirit here and must continue with our decent start to the year. Things haven't quite gone right this season but we must be looking onwards and upwards.

"It was a good win, especially against a Premiership side. We performed professionally and have to be delighted with what can be described as a great win

"We must take a lot of confidence from that and be positive going into the weekend's clash"
