Macclesfield have been boosted by the arrival of three new faces ahead of the trip to London Road to take on League Two rivals Peterborough.Shrewsbury striker Michael Symes and left-back Neil Ashton have signed on loan until the end of the season along with Sheffield United defender Ryan Cresswell.
The Silkmen have received a further boost after Blackpool defender Phil Doughty extended his loan spell.
Doughty, 21, arrived from the Championship club in early November and has signed for another month.
He joins Sean Hessey who will see out the remainder of the season at Macclesfield after rivals Chester extended his loan spell at the Moss Rose.
Another Sheffield United rookie Jamie Ashmore, 21, is on a month's loan and could make his debut.
