Gary Speed, Michael Tonge and Phil Bardsley all return to contention for Sheffield United's home clash with QPR on Saturday afternoon.On-loan pair Speed and Bardsley did not have permission from parent clubs Bolton and Manchester United respectively to play in last week's FA Cup win at Bolton, while fellow midfielder Tonge sat out a one-game ban.

New loan signing from Manchester United Lee Martin is suspended under the totting-up procedure and Blades manager Bryan Robson is hoping skipper Gary Naysmith can shake off the shoulder injury that kept him out at the Reebok Stadium.

Defender Derek Geary returned from long-term injury against Bolton and will be hoping to retain his place, as will midfielder Lee Hendrie.

Strikers Rob Hulse and Billy Sharp will be hoping to return to the starting line-up.
