Ricco to lead Vacansoleil
Ricardo Ricco will lead Vacansoleil into the 2011 season as he continues his comeback from a doping ban.
The Italian was suspended for 20 months between July 2008 and October last year but will line up at the head of the Dutch team, who only won their Pro Tour licence last week.
Joining him will be Beligan pair Stijn Devolder and Bjorn Leukemans along with Dutchman Johnny Hoogerland.
Team manager Daan Luijkx manager said he expects much of his Belgian leaders.
"I hope they will be contenders for victory in the cobbled classics," he said. "We will be satisfied if they can match their past performances."
French sprinter Romain Feillu will start his second season with the team, but his brother Brice was not on the squad list after he left to join the ranks of the new Leopard outfit headed by Andy Schleck of Luxembourg.
