Hill set to make team changes

Mon 11 Feb, 05:30 PM

Rochdale manager Keith Hill could ring the changes as his side seek a return to winning ways at home to Hereford on Tuesday evening.Saturday's 2-1 defeat at struggling Lincoln was the first time Dale have lost away in the league since the opening day of the season against Peterborough.

It was also their second successive loss and had Hill pointing an accusing finger at goalkeeper Sam Russell as his second costly mistake in as many games sent the Spotland outfit spinning to defeat.

James Spencer could earn a starting berth in between the posts if Hill wields the axe on Russell as Rochdale seek a quick remedy to their weekend setback.

Striker Chris Dagnall and right-back Gary Brown remain long-term absentees due to cruciate knee ligament injuries.
