Huddersfield skipper Jon Worthington has been ruled out of Tuesday evening's clash at Brunton Park against high-flying Carlisle.The midfielder sustained a hamstring injury in the weekend win over Swindon and is also an early doubt for next Saturday's FA Cup clash at Chelsea.
Worthington missed the Terriers' FA Cup defeat at Chelsea in January 2006 through suspension.
Michael Collins suffered an ankle injury against Swindon on Saturday and was replaced late on but is expected to prove his fitness.
Fellow midfielder Chris Brandon is pushing for a place in the starting line-up after returning from suspension on Saturday.
Manager Andy Ritchie has no other new injury or suspension problems and is likely to keep changes to a minimum as his side chase a fourth straight league win.
