Leeds forward Ali Lauitiiti is one of seven players referred to Tuesday's meeting of the Rugby Football League's disciplinary tribunal.
The former New Zealand second rower is facing two separate charges following incidents in the Super League champions' 30-10 win at Huddersfield which were referred by the League's match review panel.
Lauitiiti is charged with making a late challenge on Huddersfield scrum-half Luke Robinson and a reckless high tackle on prop Eorl Crabtree, which carries a penalty of up to four matches.
Warrington forward Steve Pickersgill, who was placed on report during his side's 32-20 win over Hull, has also been charged with a reckless high tackle on full-back Motu Tony.
St Helens hooker Scott Moore, who made his first loan appearance for promoted Castleford in their 21-14 defeat by Catalans Dragons, is another player facing two separate cases.
He has been charged with both a dangerous throw and a reckless high tackle.
Catalans prop David Ferriol, who was sin-binned and put on report in the same game for an alleged high tackle on Castleford stand-off Anthony Thackeray, was told he will not face a charge.
Other players referred are Harlequins prop Danny Ward for an alleged high tackle, Bradford back row forward Glenn Morrison for allegedly choking an opponent, Hull KR utility player Stanley Gene for an alleged high tackle and St Helens second rower Lee Gilmour for an alleged careless tackle.
