I agree with you eltelboy...the reason Rudi wanted­ out...was that he was frozen out, RL wanted his pound­ of flesh in the bank so why not ask for a transfer. The whole reason he was frozen out by Wotte was­ probably cos he was told to by d - head up­ stairs(because Rudi is a higher earner) and it would­ suit Lowe to off load him by `stealth` , constuctive­ dismissal , call it what yuo want to once again lower­ the wage bill.
