David Logan led Turow to a 71-59 victory at Kyiv with his team-leading 26 points.

Red Star Belgrade, meanwhile, will have to win the second leg at Besiktas Cola Turka in Turkey after eking out an 80-80 home draw thanks to 32 points from Preston Shumpert.

German side Artland Dragons edged past Unics Kazan 80-78 in dramatic fashion as Terrence Thomas scored 17.

Zadar also struggled at home before managing a 74-69 victory over Pamesa Valencia as Shammel Stallworth scored 19.
