Bees boss to continue tinkering

Fri 11 Apr, 03:00 PM

Brentford manager Andy Scott is set to continue his tactical tinkering for the visit of Bradford City to Griffin Park on Saturday. With safety assured and no realistic chance of making the play-off places Scott chose to experiment with a 4-3-3 formation last weekend at Rotherham and was rewarded with a 2-1 win.

However Scott has hinted that he is set to try out new systems for the remainder of the campaign as he plans for a promotion challenge next season.

Striker Alan Connell was a victim of the change last week as he missed out but he did come on to score the late winner so could be back in the starting line-up.

Scott has no fresh injury or suspension worries to contend with, with young striker Ross Montague the only absentee with a back injury.
