Ivan Sproule and Steve Brooker are pushing for recalls to Bristol City's starting line up ahead of the visit of Wolves to Ashton Gate.The pair impressed with second-half cameos from the bench as a lacklustre performance at Southampton last week saw City lose for the third time in four matches.

The result threatened to seriously derail the Robins' automatic promotion challenge, but following midweek defeats for Stoke and Watford, Gary Johnson's side still find themselves second in the table.

"Those results certainly lifted my mood. I was at Stoke and Watford alongside my assistant manager (Keith Millen) and we were certainly supporting the opposition," said Johnson.

"It looks like those two teams, managers and fans are feeling the pressure. We will have to see who copes with it the best."
