Coventry manager Chris Coleman must do without Richard Duffy for the visit of Stoke but Jay Tabb could return after illness.Duffy's loan spell at the Ricoh Arena looks set to be cut short, with the Portsmouth right-back likely to return to the south coast club after suffering a torn thigh muscle in the 2-1 defeat at Watford.
A bout of flu ruled Tabb out at Vicarage Road but the diminutive playmaker has resumed training.
Defender Dan Fox, whose mistake led to Watford's winning goal, had an injury scare at the start of the week but it expected to be fit.
"Tabby trained on Monday and Tuesday but he is still a bit weak. The illness has knocked the stuffing out of him," said Coleman. "He must have had it pretty bad because he is a fit boy and we have got to make sure we protect him for the weekend.
"Foxy tweaked his knee on Monday but trained on Tuesday, so he should be okay."
