Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho has played down talk linking him with a £20million summer switch to Spanish champions Real Madrid.
Reports in Spain and England have suggested Real are lining up a summer move for the Portuguese international after sending a delegation to watch him in action in recent weeks.
Carvalho is not bothered by the speculation and says he is happy at Stamford Bridge.
"I have read about the interest of Real Madrid. But they have been after me for a long time, according to the stories," Carvlaho told The People.
Looking ahead to Sunday's title showdown, Carvalho believes the Chelsea squad have proved their critics wrong by pushing Manchester United all the way in the race for the Championship and concedes it would be bitter blow to lose out on goal difference.
Shame"Chelsea have made a great comeback in the league and it would be a shame to lose it on goal difference," added Carvalho.
"In these months we have proved a lot of doubters wrong. To win the League would a great ending and an enormous morale boost for the Champions League final."
