Dickinson has scored 19 goals this season but strained a hamstring in the recent goalless draw with Chester and then missed the final-day win over Brentford.

"Physio Rodger [Wylde] is going to save that until Sunday and we'll see how it goes from there," Dickinson said.

If Dickinson is ruled out, manager Jim Gannon will be able to call on Anthony Pilkington, Leon McSweeney, Adam Proudlock or Ryan Lowe to take his place.

County's only long-term injury absentees are defender Rob Clare (shin) and striker Matty McNeil (knee).

Wycombe have no fresh injury or suspension concerns and defender Sam Stockley will return to the squad after serving a one-game ban against Bradford.

Leon Knight is expected to continue up front after returning from suspension and firing the winner in the 2-1 victory over the Bantams.

County have held the upper hand in the two sides' meetings this year with a 6-0 victory at Edgeley Park and a 0-0 draw at Adams Park and Paul Lambert will be hoping his Chairboys side can take advantage of a first-leg home tie and travel to Stockport with a lead in tow.
