Roberto Martinez is leaving no stone unturned as he bids to improve his Swansea squad.

The Spaniard has become renowned for his ability to uncover hidden gems during his time at the Liberty Stadium, with Jason Scotland, Ferrie Bodde and Angel Rangel just three players that he has helped shoot into the limelight.

And with Queen of the South striker Stephen Dobbie already on-board for next season, Martinez is taking in games in England, Holland, Scotland and Spain as he goes in search of further signings.

"There is still plenty of football being played around Europe," he told his club's official website.

"It's a great opportunity to take in a few games and watch some of the players we have been keeping an eye on."
