Switzerland's Daniel Albrecht has returned to training following the crash in training for January's Kitzbuehel World Cup races that left him in a coma.
Albrecht began an individual training program in Mallorca and got the thumbs up from Swiss coach Martin Rufener
"Dani's performances and results are impressive and constantly surprise me," said Rufener.
Albrecht suffered brain and lung injuries after a high-speed accident when he misjudged the final jump on the Austrian resort's challenging Streif course.
The 2007 world super-combined champion was thrown about 70 metres before landing on his back and bouncing face down towards the finish line.
Doctors placed the 26-year-old in a three-week coma but he is now on the road to a full recovery.
