Coaching trio Dean Austin, Frank Lampard Sr and Karl Halabi have left Watford to join Brendan Rodgers at Reading.
The coaches are set to sign three-year contracts in the next few days and will once again link up with Rodgers - whom they worked under at Vicarage Road.
Austin will become assistant manager, Lampard will act as a football consultant and Halabi will work as football physiologist.

you cant blame them wanting to go to a better club you will always be a stepping stone to bigger better things watford!! ha ha
sour grapes
It's the best news for Watford to get rid of staff that are not interested in the challenge and it is a challenge. Reading are a going no where club especially when all you so called star players who could not get you back into the premiership leave before the new season starts. You blew your chances this season Reading all the comments of promotion this season are fly by night now!
slightly bitter are we?? never mind, i would be if i supported watford.....
bunch of turn coat @#$% pots, give the chap a chance in managerment and then disappears off leaving us in the @#$% once more. don't expect anything else from reading though after the goal that never was, hope they never get back into the premership they don't deserve it!
Pity your insight into this didn't give you the insight to spell. It's medium. Can't win em all!
reading will finish below Watford next season run down the bookies and have a grand on this i am a meadium.
It can't be a bad thing having these coaches come to Reading, especially Frank Lampard Snr. I use to love seeing him play many moons ago. Good luck and best wishes to them all. I hope they help Reading to get back up into the Premiership.
whens tommy smith coming? have you any other players worth having!!
