Frenchman Bertrand Cozic has pledged his future to Exeter by signing a new 12-month contract.

The 31-year-old midfielder, a free transfer signing from Aldershot in the summer of 2006, made 21 appearances for the Grecians last season as the club secured back-to-back promotions.

Prior to his move to St James Park, Cozic played under City boss Paul Tisdale at Team Bath before other stints with Cheltenham, Hereford, Northampton and Kidderminser.
