Point guard Jason Kidd has re-signed with the Dallas Mavericks.
Although no terms were disclosed on the team's website Dallas media are reporting the three-year deal is worth at least $25 million.
Kidd, 36, who was originally drafted by the Mavericks in 1994, returned to the team in 2008.
He helped Dallas compile a 50-32 regular-season record, averaging nine points, 6.2 rebounds and 8.7 assists in 81 starts.
Kidd became the fourth NBA player to reach 10,000 career assists when he had 15 against Toronto in March.
A 15-year pro, he has been an NBA first-team all-star five times and has two Olympic gold medals.
