All the latest from the players as temperatures continue to soar during the third round of the US PGA Championships at Southern Hills in Oklahoma.
Boo Weekly (after nearly matching the lowest score in major history - reached by Tiger Woods a day prior): "I did not know [about the possible record]. That really would have been nice. I was just trying to make par there. You try to make par and look where I ended up, trying to be safe. I had a three wiggle. I was just trying to get it on the top of the ridge and roll out to the hole. I kind of flubbed it a little with my putter. I had a good day and it was fun. That's about how you have to relate this day to. This day is over with golf. Tomorrow we'll see what it brings."
Weekly (after playing partner Sergio Garcia was disqualified): "It's my fault for putting the wrong score in but it's his fault for not checking it. I said to him: 'Sergio, I put a four but in fact you had a five.' He said to me: 'That just puts the icing on the cake'."
Ernie Els (on Championship leader Tiger Woods): "That's why it's so frustrating, you feel like you're leaving shots out there. I don't think he's doing that. That's why he is who he is."
Woody Austin (after moving into third-place with a one under 69): "Obviously the score is good for the way I played today. You always want that chance, and this is obviously going to be my first chance to win a Major on the final Sunday. It's brutal out there, the greens are spiked up, they're very bumpy, it's getting really toasty. I'm going to be nervous, but I also fought my way through today."
