Barnet midfielder Ashley Carew is a major doubt for the club's Carling Cup clash with Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday evening.Carew, who scored the Bees' goal in their 3-1 defeat to Chesterfield on Saturday, faces a late fitness test after he was forced off late on in that game with a back injury.
Nicky Deverdics continues to struggle with a long-term hernia problem that could rule him out for up to a month.
After making his competitive debut as a substitute at the weekend, striker Luke Medley could be handed a start by boss Paul Fairclough.
