West Brom have released Miguel Tininho after the defender made just one Championship appearance during his debut season.The 27-year-old was signed at the Hawthorns from Beira Mar last summer but was sent out on loan to Barnsley in January in a bid to gain first-team experience.

However, Tininho has now parted company with Premier League new boys with a view to joining Portuguese Liga side Leixoes.
