The FA have confirmed Grimsby boss Mike Newell will receive no further punishment after he was sent to the stands in the game against Vale.Newell was removed from the touchline after venting his frustrations at a water bottle in the 2-1 defeat at Vale Park.
The FA have notified Newell that he has escaped a possible suspension, but warned him as to his future conduct.
