Brentford manager Andy Scott is in no hurry to move young defender Karleigh Osborne back to his favoured central-defensive berth.Osborne has been a revelation at right-back following injuries to Adam Newton and John Halls, and Scott feels the 20-year-old is better off learning his trade at full-back.
"Moving him out of the centre has given him less responsibility while at the same time handing him the opportunity to concentrate solely on his own game," said Scott.
"Karleigh has all the attributes you need in a modern day full-back, but has just needed to work on his distribution and that has got better.
"He may well move back to a central position, but he has been magnificent for us at right-back and we will see how it goes."
